low voltage @ upper helm


28 ft voyager, twin 230 gas, 4 - house gel 6 V. batteries w/ inverter

I'm getting intermediate reading of 10.5 V on "bridge" circiut. It Runs VHF radio, 1040SX gps & radar. I have 12.2 @ control panel switch w/ engines off and 99% SOC on house system. Where could my two volts go?
