My cleaning service accidentally knocked the numbers off the cabin side so the 41 is missing from the model insignia 41 CMY. Does any one know where I can replace these stainless numbers and letters? Please help.

I want to place a water filter in the plumbing to filter fresh water from the fresh water tank and pressure dock water with the one filter. Ideas? Placement near the pressure pump? Please help with ideas

I have a 2002 Carver 450 Voyager.
I have a grey water tank draining into my aft bilge.
The connection at the discharge port is solid. Same at the grey water tank. From the discharge port, the hose disappears into a tunnel and I can't find any other access to it until it hits the tank. Any ideas on how to find/access this leak.

My house batteries are 5 years old and I will be replacing next season. There are no issues, but feel for trouble free continuity they should be replaced before they fail. As of now I am using Trojan T105’s, hooked in series to make a 12V. I have never run out of battery power yet. Overnight with TV, fridge, toilet and fans, etc We go to bed at 95% and never see less. than 75% in the AM. Of late, the solar has brought them back to the 90 +/- percent by 11 AM. I have limited space in teh battery area, as I would like a house bank of 4, each set hooked in series then a parallel connection to double the AH.

What is the opinion here for replacement. I am leaning towards AGM for the maintenance free water check. I see Trojan makes a 6V AGM, and a gel. Warranty on Interstate is 36 months full replacement. I have two 12V AGM in series to make a 24V system for my sideshifter thruster, so far they work great!

I was looking at putting them under the aft bed, but with teh AC in there it may not be a good idea with the chance of ignition when it comes on.

Have an 87 Carver Riviera on Lake Ozarks since it was new. Lake Shore Marina has done all wrenching on this boat but they are about 2 years behind in service calls. Does anyone know any other Marina/mechanics certified to work on twin engine Carvers (Chrysler 318 's) at Lake of the Ozarks??

Installed a new solar array this morning. old one consisted of 2, 150w panels which did work well however last end of season I had some weird readings on the SOC meter showing negative input which made no sense at all. Found out one of those panels went bad. Had no choice but to get new ones but this time around I decided to go with 3, 175w units. Have not plugged anything in yet as I am waiting for the Sikaflex 291 under the standoffs to dry so not until tomorrow morning before making the final connections and test the system.

The biggest drawback of flexible panels is they have no airspace underneath and therefor tend to get too hot. People glue them down which is not at all a good choice. After scratching my head for a solution, I simply stuck 5 strips of closed cell foam underneath each panel which allows water to flow under and provides some much needed airspace/ventilation.
