Hi All-

I recently acquired a 76 Carver Santa Cruz 28, but for the life of me, I can't seem to locate where the propane tank is stored on her for the galley stove. There's a copper tube fed into the supply of the stove, but I can't see it running fore or aft. Typically, these have a 3 gl bottle - my thought would have been on the starboard side of the engine compartment, but I am not seeing a line or regulator. Any tips would be appreciated!

The original carver decals on my 98 530 Voyager were faded so I am taking them off. Does any one know where to get the foam filled chrome carver decals that are on some of the 2005-2008 models? I think those look really sharp and more up to date...thanks for any info!

Hello everyone I just bought a 1998 Carver 530 Voyager Pilothouse. Would love to meet other 530 or 570 owners. I keep the boat at Grand Lake in Oklahoma. Have a list of stuff I will be updating or repairing. I am sure I will have questions on where to finds things and I would also appreciate any advice that anyone has learned as they have worked on their voyager. Look forward to visiting more in the future.

I am having a major problem with soot mainly all over my dinghy as well as the transom of the boat. I have the Cummins diesel package of 475 hp engines. The exhaust has tips on it that discharge the exhaust to the side of the boat just ahead of the swim platform. My engines only have 830 hours on them and I am wondering what is causing all this soot. I typically run the boat around 9 knots and step it up now and then. The engines are running perfectly and I've tried additives and the like with no success. I am thinking of exhaust extensions to the back of the swim platform to see if this would help.
Has anyone else had this type of problem?

I have a 1976 Carver 2866 Santa Cruz with upper helm/fly bridge. Does anyone have any pictures of rear bimini tops on the same model? We board from the side & need to access the ladder to the fly bridge, a normal bimini top will not work for us.

I'm having a heck of a time finding a replacement head for my 1988 4207. Has anyone replaced the stock Raritan head? I'm specifically trying to replace the forward head with one that is usable by a human. The stock head is tiny and I'd like something with more room. If you've done this I'd appreciate any assistance you might have with the brand and model that will fit. Thanks!

Wire to my sensor broke and I developed a leak which led to my running the unit dry...ruined both gears and broke the pinion shaft. Anyone know of a source for a used drive? $3258 for a new one. Thanks, 38 Santeego, Wayne

I just bought a used 2005 39 MY and I want to replace the TV's with something a little more modern.. Does anyone know how to get the TV out? I know boats usually have some hatch or secret compartment, but I cannot seem to find it.. for any of these TV's especially the salon.. HELP..
