Outdrives replaced about 4 years ago with new Mercruiser SE106's

New Raymarine 9" Element Chartplotter and Simrad VHF both linked using NMEA2000
2 Bilge heaters. Electric head with macerator.

16.5K BTU AC replaced about 4 years ago with MarineAir unit
Everything works as it's supposed to.
Great shape, clean survey done in August showing a declared value of 18.5K

Solid, super clean boat in the water and ready to go!
No generator, originally had one but prior owner removed it.

Needs a new cooktop, old one was removed.

Hate to sell it, the admiral and I looked for several months before finding this super clean example. Family emergency forces sale.
