I decided to take on the limited storage in our galley and thought removing the TV and making that space storage would be a fun project. A few challenges like finding the right gas cylinders to hold the weight of the new TV and the door, but I think once painted it is going to be great.

Hello I'm new to the forum. We are in NC we are wanting to retire on a boat. We just bought a 50 slip in Wilmington NC on the cafe fear river. I've owned boats for years just not quite as big as we want to retire on. We are currently looking at a couple of Carver 500s. We should be done working in 5 years and will be dept free. So hopefully we can retire on the bost and travel to the Bahamas with it. I'm 53 the wife is 52.

I would like to rebed the bow rails on my 1992 330 aft cabin, what type of hardware is used to secure bow rail to deck? Is it screwed with a nut or just screwed into the deck? Thanks Mike.

I’m putting in a new pump for the freshwater system on the boat. I am looking for recommendations for a vibration resistant mount or vibration dampening mount. Any suggestions? My current mount is a scrap 1 inch piece hose that they mounted pump to. There has to be something better. I am also adding a accumulator tank into the mix for less pulse. This is why I need a new mount.
