We just purchased a 1987 3067 aft and noticed what appears to be old water stains on the v- berth ceiling. What might cause this and what do I need to check, had boat surveyed and surveyor didn't mention it. Wouldn't bother me but I know the boat was used for day boating and fair weather and we plan to use it for weekends and I'm sure we will be getting rained on from time to time.

We just got a 1986 Carver 4207. It has dual tanks, however there is only one fuel gauge. I hate to sound stupid but is this common? Shouldn't there be a gauge for each tank? The one fuel on the dash panel is missing the needle so I have no idea how much fuel I have.

I have an early 1998 405 with the old connectors I have learned.
These are the 50/125 type as shown. I am told 50/125/250 will not work.

I am running 2 eel converters to connect to the 30 amp connectors as shown

I have updated the pedestal to 50 amp breakers but I need the 50/125 connectors for the pedestal so the boat will have the correct setup.

Any idea where I can obtain 2 50/125 connectors for the pedestal itself at?

Hi. I am considering buying a 1984 3207 Aft Cabin and have some concerns regarding the Hull.

Does anyone know whether the hull (below the water line) was still solid glass core or was Carver already using balsa core in 1984?

The engines have low hours and the starboard engine is re-manufactured, are there any known issues with these engines that I need to look out for?

Yesterday I was pulling out of my slip and realized my port engine would not go into reverse. It goes into forward with no issues and runs fine. I’ve never had an issue with it not going into reverse before and it has always ran and operated perfectly. It seems pretty random that all the sudden reverse would completely be gone.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the corner piece of a sofa on my 1996 320 Voyager. I am upholstering the boat and have been able to remove most of the pieces of the sofa on both the port and starboard side of the salon, however the corner piece on the port side and the seat just aft of the entrance to the second "cabin" appear to be glued on> Has anyone had experience removing them? My girlfriend just bought a 1986 Carver 4202 and I will be moving onboard for the spring and summer. There is a lot to be done with the electronics up top but the rest is in great shape. We hope to meet other Carver owners for fun and insite.
